You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Due to the nature of electronic products, TecNova does not accept returns or issue refunds for gadgets that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
